Hi!I do not think you can restrict resources on a user level or at any lever for that matter.
There are numbers of ways to monitor all kinds of values. Just do a quick search on google and you will find what you looking for.
This query can be used to display all database sizes.SELECT pg_database .datname,pg_size_pretty(pg_database_size(pg_database.datname)) AS size FROM pg_database;
