This is a maintenance release primarily to deal with a small change in the backend API.
Issue [validating some functions](https://github.com/postgres-plr/plr/issues/65) was fixed by [ Mikhail Titov](https://github.com/mlt) There should be no changes visible to the user. Windows releases can be found [here](https://github.com/postgres-plr/plr/releases)
