The pgcrypto module will now refuse to build if a suitable random source has not been defined, rather than compile but be unusable. The "\s" command in psql's help is now properly documented on platforms with readline. A recently introduced problem with client_encoding specification and the InitPostgres process was resolved. The tcl regex engine was upgraded to 8.4.8 (from 8.4.1). The documentation for SQL:2003 conformance has been updated. Last, but not least, the pg_dumplo utility was made schema aware.
