Teodor Sigaev has made GiST indexes are fully concurrent.

Magnus Hagander and Neil Conway have removed Kerberos 4 as it was
unused, and the protocol itself is no longer supported, in part due to
security issues.

PL/PgSQL can now do EXECUTE INTO.

Pavel Stehule added Oracle-style LEAST and GREATEST functions, which
are essentially row-wise versions of MAX and MIN.

The buildfarm will now send out a daily email digest of status

Tom Lane added a new database created by default named postgres.

Alfranio Correia Junior has presented a patch that does ON COMMIT
