The initial version of pg_fkpart, an extension that partitions database
tables following a foreign key, has been released.
pg_fkpart was written to better parallelize serializable transactions,
where each transaction is associated to a given foreign key.
pg_fkpart is open source and distributed with the GPL v2 license.
