Over the past weeks, work was completed to finish the addition of new releases on apt.postgresql.org, the repository hosting PostgreSQL packages for Debian and Ubuntu. The new releases are fully supported just as the existing older releases.
Newly added are: Ubuntu zesty (17.04), architectures: amd64 i386 ppc64el deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ zesty-pgdg main Debian stretch (9), architectures: amd64 i386 ppc64el deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ stretch-pgdg main At the same time, Ubuntu precise (12.04) is being deprecated; no new packages for it will appear in the repository.
