pitrery 1.13 released ===================== pitrery is a set of Bash scripts to manage PITR backups for PostgreSQL.
pitrery automates Continuous Archiving and Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) as much as possible with the following goals: * Handle only PITR. log-shipping and replication are out of scope * Be as minimally intrusive as possible for archiving It is free software licensed under the PostgreSQL License and works with all versions of PostgreSQL from 8.2. This is a bugfix release, including the following fixes: * Fix tablespaces links being overwritten by postmaster on 9.5 due to tablespace_map. This conflicted with our tablespace relocation * Fix the purge of WAL file that would remove all archives if the stop file is missing * Fix backups failing due to incorrect parsing of the stop time when iso8601 timestamps are used Feedback & contributions are welcome. pitrery is sponsored by Dalibo, the leading PostgreSQL company in France, providing support, trainings and consulting to its customers since 2005. The company contributes to the PostgreSQL community in various ways, including: code, articles, translations, free conferences and workshops Check out DALIBO's open source projects at http://dalibo.github.io -- Nicolas Thauvin http://dalibo.com - http://dalibo.org -- Sent via pgsql-announce mailing list (pgsql-announce@postgresql.org) To make changes to your subscription: http://www.postgresql.org/mailpref/pgsql-announce
