This was reported to the FreeBSD bug report system. Under special cirumstances, building postgresql fails. Please see http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/47218
This sounds like a bug in the build process to me. I cannot confirm though. Please check with the original author.
