Grants do not work at the database level using the syntax mentioned in the documentation. i.e.:

 

GRANT ALL ON DATABASE dbname TO GROUP groupname;

 

Or

 

GRANT ALL ON DATABASE dbname TO username;

 

No errors are reported.

 

Please describe a way to repeat the problem.   Please try to provide a

concise reproducible example, if at all possible:
