Description: POSIX regexp seems doesn't work for '(?!re) ' pattern
Details:
SELECT author, type
FROM books WHERE "type" ~ '(?!novel)';
This select work incorrect. It returns all types.
Work around:
SELECT author, type
FROM books WHERE not ("type" ~ '(?=novel)');
