I get this error when i run this program:CREATE TABLESPACE QUENCHDATA
LOCATION 'D:/programs/PostgreSQL/8.2/data/Quenchdata';
Error is:could not set permissions on directory
"D:/programs/PostgreSQL/8.2/data/Quenchdata": No such file or directory
