Red Hat stopped supporting the RHEL-4 App Stack product awhile ago; since CentOS is evidently copying that, you should not hold your breath waiting for an update :-(. However, as far as I can see the RHEL-5 SRPM should be completely compatible with RHEL-4 --- so just grab the 8.1.18 SRPM from RHEL-5 and rebuild it locally.
