I have run the postgresql-9.1.3-2-windows.exe at command window. (postgresql-9.1.3-2-windows.exe --prefix "C:\PostgreSQL\9.1" --datadir "C:\PostgreSQL\9.1\data" --mode unattended --serviceaccount postgres) When installer's step came to the Initialising the database cluster, Did not progress anymore. I waited one hour. But installation did not complete. Eventually, I canceled DB installer. My OS version is Windows XP 32bit servicepack3 Best regards.
