The following bug has been logged on the website: Bug reference: 7818 Logged by: Alberto Brosich Email address: abros...@ogs.trieste.it PostgreSQL version: 9.2.2 Operating system: Debian GNU/Linux 7.0 Description:
I installed oracle_fdw (version 0.9.8). Under "postgres" user works all fine and I can create tables and select from them. Despite the fact that I granted usage to a normal user (as specified in the documentation, with the command "GRANT USAGE ON FOREIGN SERVER server TO pguser;") , that user cannot see the server: \des gives an empty list and every command about foreign server gives an error (for example CREATE USER MAPPING...). Postgresql is installed from PGDG apt repository. -- Sent via pgsql-bugs mailing list (pgsql-bugs@postgresql.org) To make changes to your subscription: http://www.postgresql.org/mailpref/pgsql-bugs
