It is not a bug, but requested feature - it respect SEARCH_PATH.
you can use wildcard
postgres=# \dt *.xx
List of relations
Schema | Name | Type | Owner
--------+------+-------+-------
public | xx | table | pavel
xx | xx | table | pavel
(2 rows)
