Veo que le diste un mamotrazo al servidor postgresql. Te recomiendo leas esto: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12897429/what-does-pg-resetxlog-do-and-how-does-it-work Y preparate para borrar todas las transacciones que no hayan sido aceptadas (commit) antes del fallo, con este comando(pg-resetxlog).
