Even if you have to use CentOS, using 8.1.1 is a horrid idea --- the
current 8.1 release is 8.1.15. Try to get a more up-to-date copy
of CentOS.
However, there's really no very good reason not to install 8.2 or 8.3
from the RPMs that the Postgres project offers.
