Below approach provides information of the OID of the function::
postgres=# create function myfunc(int) returns int as 'select $1' language
sql;
CREATE FUNCTION
postgres=# SELECT 'myfunc(int)'::regprocedure::oid;
oid
-------

postgres=# select 24612::regprocedure;
