       ps -ef | grep postgres 
and  kill -9 (PID of your query)

Sec :
select procpid, datname, usename, client_addr,  current_query from
pg_stat_activity where current_query!='<IDLE>';

and 

SELECT pg_cancel_backend(procpid);
