pgcrypto requires quite a bit of hacking to be compiled correctly, so
it is defined as an independent project, have a look at that in
Mkvcbuild.pm:
    # Pgcrypto makefile too complex to parse....
    my $pgcrypto = $solution->AddProject('pgcrypto','dll','crypto');
    [blah]
