[GENERAL] Silent installation of postgres

I want silent, non-interactive installation postgresSQL on Windows. I don’t want to use the .msi provided for silent installation. Is there any method by which I can just copy the binaries and run some postgres script which will configure the Postgres to work same as installed one? Thanks Shri
