collate.icu.utf8, dbsize, incremental_sort, tidscan, tsrf, tidrangescan,
tid, sysviews, misc, alter_operator, alter_generic
Thomas said he was working on this one, but it sounds we shouldn't
expect this to be committed in the next days. So I will move this to
next CF. Thomas, are you alright with that?
