Thanks. It seems like there are various doubts on those threads about whether EndRecPtr is really the right thing, but I'm not able to understand what the problem is exactly. Certainly, in the common case, it is, and as far as I can tell from looking at the code, it's what we're intended to use. So I would like to see some concrete evidence of it being wrong before we conclude that we need to do anything other than a trivial change.
