[PATCH] Clarify wording for convalidated in pg_constraint.

Hi hackers,

Please find attached my first patch (the tiniest of doc patches) :
I found the wording around convalidated in pg_catalog documentation a bit
confusing/ambiguous.

If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know :)
