You can find them here: https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/GSoC_2021 If you have any preference, you are more than welcome to ask questions and clarifications in this mailing list. On the other side, if you have any specific idea about a project you could do which isn’t listed there, we can discuss it. However, it is a bit late to come up with projects now, since the deadline for applications is approaching, so I would recommend you to try one of the proposed ones.
