Yes, I'll take a look at it next week. I think it's worth backpatching, despite the fact that it's a pretty obscure corner case that probably isn't affecting anyone -- similar fixes in this area have been backpatched, and keeping the code in the back branches in sync will help with future maintenance and testing, if any other bugs are found.
