[HACKERS] about truncate

Hi,

just out of curiosity, why TRUNCATE doesn't support ONLY?

audit=# TRUNCATE only postgres_log;
ERROR:  syntax error at or near "only"
LINE 1: TRUNCATE only postgres_log;
