Set CFLAGS in its environment.  The default is set in src/template/aix
      CFLAGS="-O2 -qmaxmem=16384 -qsrcmsg -qlonglong"

Dunno where the -q64 came from ...

Seems like these switches might need a revisit for latest AIX.
