Like most of the questions you've posted to the list in the last month, this question is so general that I'm not really sure what sort of answer you're looking for. If you know C, you should be able to read the code and the comments and answer this question for yourself, or at least post a much more specific question. If you don't know C, the people who read this mailing list are not going to teach you, just because none of us get paid to do that.
