TransactionIdIsInProgress() doesn't consult the known-assigned-xids structure. That's a problem: in the standby, TransactionIdIsInProgress() can return false for a transaction that is still running in the master. HeapTupleSatisfies* functions can incorrectly set HEAP_XMIN/XMAX_INVALID hint bits for xids that commit later on.
