I can expand it. Just like: ..\..\..\Debug\pg_regress\pg_regress --dlpath=. --psqldir=..\..\..\Debug\psql --schedule=serial_schedule --multibyte=SQL_ASCII --no-locale --temp-install=.\tmp_check --top-builddir="E:\learn\db_research\postgreSQL\cvsroot\pgsql.latests" And this command will trigger the error.
