with plpy.subtransaction() as subtrx:
try:
plpy.execute("insert into foo values(1)")
except plpy.UniqueViolation, e:
subtrx.rollback()
plpy.notice("Ooops, you got yourself a SQLSTATE %d", e.sqlstate)
