Yes, but inasmuch as he is not a committer, someone who is will need to be involved. I dealt with the prerequisite ALTER TABLE .. OF/NOT OF patch last night, but the related pg_dump patch that actually fixes the problem still needs to be looked at, and the earliest (and probably only) time that I can potentially do that is Monday.
