It still do not bother me the least, I much prefer PROMPT2 to be +>. With emacs you use M-d then a rectangular cut (C-x r k runs the command kill-rectangle), as any user of it might know. I don't suppose it's that more a problem with other people editors of choice, or certainly they would switch.
