I have alphabetized the help output, and one piece of code. I'm hesitate to alphabetize some portions of the code because they are grouped by type and not already alphabetized. If I left something un-alphabetized please be explicit about about what should be changed and why. Documentation is now also in the patch. Thanks for the tips.
