Install Fedora 15 or 16, add this repo file into /etc/yum.repos.d : http://build1.openftd.org/fedora-cross/fedora-cross.repo Then "yum install mingw*". This will install mingw64 both 32 and 64-bit. Replaces a lot of official mingw32 packages from Fedora.
