[HACKERS] configure error on cvs tip

I just sync'd up with cvs and tried to make clean then configure, and I'm getting this:

config.status: linking ./src/backend/libpq/v6util.c to src/interfaces/libpq/v6util.c
config.status: error: ./src/backend/libpq/v6util.c: file not found

Is this a missing file from the ipv6 stuff that just got committed?
