Hi! Tom committed upper planner pathification patch. Partial sort patch rebased to master is attached. It was quite huge rebase in planner part of the patch. But I think now patch becomes better, much more logical. It's probably, something was missed after rebase. I'm going to examine this path more carefully next week.
