AFAICT, CVS updated on 2003/08/25 at approximately 2:00 PM ET, configured as: configure --enable-multibyte --with-python --with-perl --with-java --with-CXX --with-openssl ... builds cleanly under Cygwin 1.5.2-1 and cygipc 2.01-2. The above without SSL builds cleanly too.
