Hi. In 8.2 this produces an error: SELECT headline('default', 'a b c', 'c'::tsquery, 'StartSel=, StopSel='); ERROR: syntax error DETAIL: Syntax error in position 15.
while this works: SELECT headline('default', 'a b c', 'c'::tsquery, 'StartSel=, StopSel='); headline -------------- a b c (1 row) In the modern age people use stylesheets and it seems awkward that it's not possible to highlight headlines using stylesheets in PG. Is this intentional, or a glitch? Is it possible to extend ts_headline to support more advanced markup in StartSel? -- Andreas Joseph Krogh <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Senior Software Developer / Manager ------------------------+---------------------------------------------+ OfficeNet AS | The most difficult thing in the world is to | Karenslyst Allé 11 | know how to do a thing and to watch | PO.
