[JDBC] Fw: jdbc.postgresql.org/docs/

Hello,   The JDBC documentation page cannot be found. The same thing was happend when I tried to access  the development and the tutorial pages. Are those in construction or is a mistake ?   Thanks, Lali Malozsak
