Run "vacuum" from SQL or "vacuumdb" from the command line. Tables will
be reduced in size, though currently indices are not.

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
    (send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to [EMAIL PROTECTED])
