Another question: Which software are you using to visualize your database-structur. We're doing it with Quark, but are not very happy with this.
Well, AutoDoc can generate HTML/Dia/other outputs http://www.rbt.ca/autodoc/index.html
Might be worth checking the (freely available) Red-Hat db tools. Can't remember if there's a schema visualiser in there, but there might well be.
