[SQL] how to replace 0xe28093 char with another one?

hi.

When I execute "SELECT specification FROM armature WHERE id = 96;"
query I get WARNING:  ignoring unconvertible UTF-8 character 0xe28093.
How can I replace this (0xe28093) char with another one?
