I haven't heard of T-Kernel. PicoGUI has received almost
all of its testing only on Linux systems. While it's possible
to run PicoGUI on other OSes just by tweaking the build system
and a few OS-specific files, in practice this is a lot harder
because nobody's taken the effort to make it easy.
