Why Redis you might ask? Well, it's fast and has a very interesting feature: Notifications With notifications you can subscribe observers and publish object events (I'll leave the rest to your smalltalker imagination) on persisted objects. This opens many possibilities in real-time smalltalk based apps that scales nice. sebastian o/
