[Pharo-dev] Fuel: fix for Squeak trunk

I have an easy fix for Fuel on Squeak trunk.
It concerns the FuelCompatibility layer, so I hesitate to publish on Pharo
fogbugz...
Is there a dedicated bug tracker?
What is the preferred procedure?
