I checked and CMWC Marsaglia is part of polymath

PMNumberGenerator allSubclasses an

PMConstantGenerator PMExponentialGenerator PMGaussianGenerator 
PMPoissonGenerator)

PMRandomGenerator allSubclasses an 
OrderedCollection(PMMarsagliaKissRandom PMLehmerRandomGenerator 
PMLinearCongruentialRandomGenerator PMMersenneTwisterRandomGenerator 
PMParkMillerMinimumRandomGenerator)

So we could pick one of them for Pharo.
