In Windows if you select a file with Smalltalk code and right click you get
MessageNotUnderstood: FileList class>>allRegisteredServices without menu at all. I think you have to open a Workspace with contents and then you can evaluate. I don't see any "do-it" right clicking on the file from the FileList.
