Just wanted to say I like what Squeak has done with their welcome screens. First, the main buttons to Skip or Configure and... 1. Choose a Theme 2. Visual settings 3. Interaction settings 4. More interaction settings 5. Other settings
Probably we wouldn't want all those, but at least choosing a theme might be good, and perhaps asking for participation in UI feedback, or enabling any technology previews that might be included.. Check out 5.1 download from http://squeak.org/. cheers -ben
